  • Condition: Unused, original packaging, same condition as received.
  • Strictly Non-Returnable: Compression garments, health/care items, and sale items.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Compression Garments (once opened or worn)
  • Health and personal care items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Perishable goods (food, supplements)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
  • Gift cards & downloadable software

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Note: Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
